Bridgett Dawn Webb and Bryant Leonard Waters both of Winterville, NC enchanged wedding vows on April 26, 2008 at Yankee Hall Plantation in Greenville NC, at 5 o'clock in the evening. The wedding was officiated by Reverend Johnny Branch of St. James United Methodist Church in Greenville.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Sandra Webb and Mr. Randolph Webb of Macclesfield, NC. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Blanche Webb and the late Mr. Joseph Carl Webb of Macclesfield, and the late Eddie and Katie Bridgers of Macclesfield, NC. The bride graduated from South Edgecombe High School and East Carolina University with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Sociology with a minor in Business Administration and is now a manager with the Hazard Insurance Department at BB&T; in Wilson, NC.
The groom is the son of Mrs. Wanda Waters and Mr. Lennie Waters of Greenville, NC. He is the grandson of Jean Waters of Hobgood, NC, the late Mr. Robert and Mrs. Bitha Waters also of Hobgood, NC, and the late Mr. Henry and Mrs. Virginia Griffith of Franklin, VA. The groom graduated from North Pitt High School and Wilson Technical Community College with an Associates degree in Fire Protection Technology and is now a Fire Inspector with the Office of State Fire Marshal. He is also enrolled at Fayetteville State University pursuing a four year degree in Fire Administration.
The bride was given in marriage by her father Mr. Randolph Webb. She wore a white satin and taffeta strapless gown with beaded metallic lace accenting the bodice. The gown featured a pick up skirt. The bride wore her niece's pearl bracelet, a diamond necklace that belonged to the groom's late maternal grandmother and a beautiful pair of diamond earrings given to her by the groom on the day of their wedding.
The matron of honor was Mrs. Kimberly Cole the brides sister of Fountain, NC. The bridesmaids were Kayla Cole niece of the bride, Allison Taylor cousin of the bride, Katie Waters sister of the groom, Heather Lassiter, Mary Ruth Brantley and Holly Rundell all friends of the bride. They wore two piece cherry red chiffon tea length dresses. The flower girl was Sydney Dunstan cousin of the groom and she wore a white taffeta dress similar to the brides gown.
The groom's best man was his father Lennie Waters. The groomsmen were Randall Webb brother of the bride, Brock Davenport, Chad Harrell, Lester Layton, Steve West and Will Harris all friends of the groom.
The Vocalists were Matty Russo of Wilson, NC and Matt Bergen of Rocky Mount, NC. The brides book attendant was Deborah Himmelfarb of Greenville, NC. The program attendants were Nichole Harrell also of Greenville and Jennifer Jones of Wilson, NC. A reception was held at the Yankee Hall Plantation Ballroom immediatley following the ceremony, with Chris and Tonya Miles as greeters, and Mary Speight and Gertie York of Macclesfield, NC were cake servers. The ceremony was directed by Mrs. Sherron Deel of Rocky Mount, NC. On the eve of the wedding a Rehearsal Dinner was hosted by the grooms parents Mr. and Mrs. Lennie Waters at the Yankee Hall Plantation.
There were several pre-nuptial events. On June 2, 2008 an engagement party was hosted by the groom's parents, on March 2, 2008 the bride's family hosted a bridal shower, on March 7, 2008 a bridal shower was hosted by the bride's co-workers, on March 9, 2008 friends of the bride hosted a kitchen shower, on March 30, 2008 a "Honey-Do" shower was hosted by the groom's family and friends, and on April 19, 2008 the bridesmaids luncheon was hosted by Sherron Deal at the Legacy Restaurant in Elm City, NC.
After a wedding trip to Negril, Jamaica the couple will reside in Winterville, NC.

Corbett/Chasse Wedding
Brittney Joyce Corbett and Kenneth Robert Chasse, Jr. were united in marriage on April 6th, 2013, at 5:30pm at the Imperial Centre in Rocky Mount. The Rev. Carrol Bradbury officiated the ceremony.
The Rehearsal Dinner was hosted by Shirley and Donald Foreman, Grandparents of the Groom and also Elisha and Kenneth Chasse, Parents of the Groom, at Pizza Inn in Rocky Mount.

Amanda Marie Whitehead and Andrew Milton Davis IV were united in holy matrimony on December 29, 2012, at 4:30 pm at First Baptist Church in Scotland Neck, NC. Reverend Doctor Allen Cherry performed the ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her parents.

Sara Stuart Hughes and David Michael Balzer were united in marriage on June 2nd, 2012, at First Presbyterian Church in New Bern, NC. Dr. Reverend William Hawkins officiated. Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the New Bern Golf and Country Club. Dr. and Mrs. Brian Balzer hosted the rehearsal dinner.

ROCKY MOUNT – Miss Lauren Margaret Boswell and Mr. Richard Trent McGee were united in marriage at half past four o’clock in the afternoon on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at West Edgecombe Baptist Church in Rocky Mount.
