ROCKY MOUNT — TARBORO — LeRoy Edward Johndrow, 82, died Monday, Feb. 11, 2013. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Catherine Catholic Church with Father Frank Rappo officiating.

LeRoy was preceded in death by a son, Lawrence Johndrow, a daughter, Janet Coley and a grandchild, Nick Fowler.

He is survived by a loving family including his wife of 58 years, Loretta Tabacchi Johndrow; daughters: Shawna Fowler and husband Frank of Walls, Miss. And Shari Leitch and husband, Bill of Olive Branch, Miss.; a son, Stanley Johndrow of Tarboro; a daughter-in-law, Amy Johndrow of Olive Branch, Miss.; a brother: Clyde “Buzzy” Johndrow of Adams, Mass.; grandchildren: William Leitch, Amanda Leitch, Laura Adams, Gregory Fowler, Jeffery Fowler, Jessica Johndrow, Stephen Godwin and Gregory Godwin and great-grandchildren, Evan Fowley and Kadence Godwin.

A luncheon at St. Catherine Catholic Church will be held following the service.

The family will receive friends at Carlisle Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and other times at the home 1508 Macon Place, Tarboro.
