ROCKY MOUNT — George Higgs, 82 of Tarboro, died Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013 at Kindred Hospital in Greensboro. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 3, at Martin Middle School Auditorium. Burial will be in the Eastlawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Hemby-Willoughby Mortuary, Tarboro.
