ROCKY MOUNT — TARBORO — James Earl “Bud” Tillery, 72, died Friday, Feb. 8, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Red Hill Baptist Church, Whitakers. Burial will be in the Red Hill Church Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of Hemby- Willoughby Mortuary, Tarboro.
