ROCKY MOUNT — Mrs. Recca Lattice Wiggins, 45, of Rocky Mount, died on Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at Nash General Hospital. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, 2013, at Red Budd Holy Church in Rocky Mount. Burial will be in the Gardens of Gethsemane Cemetery in Rocky Mount.
