PINETOPS — James Thomas “JT” Petway, 78, died Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Carlisle Funeral Home with Dr. Ed Conner officiating. Burial will follow in Macclesfield Cemetery, Macclesfield.
Mr. Petway is survived by three daughters: Teresa Branch and husband, Ricky, of Winterville, Carol Lee Petway Morris of Pinetops and Susan Ayers and husband, James, of Crisp; a son, Thomas Petway and wife, Morgan, of Pinetops; a brother, Brooks Petway of Wilson and seven grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at Carlisle Funeral Home and other times at 450 Pinetops-Crisp Hwy, Pinetops
