• Larry Cherry, 53, 1481 Ellis Rd. Tarboro; simple assault
• Belinda Dale Cooper, 46, 1481 Ellis Rd. Tarboro; simple assault.
• Daniel Earl Martin, 37, 701 Cedar Lane, Tarboro; criminal damage to property.
• Alton Darnell Peterson, 21, 1609 Barlow Rd. Tarboro; traffic violation.
• Rueben Leroy Porter, 45, 520 Keen St. Rocky Mount; assault on a female, trespassing.
• William Junior Jones, 36, 560 Fountain Rd., Macclesfield; larceny
• Randy Lee Mobley, 27, 246 Warwick Drive, Pinetops; obtaining property by false pretense, larceny.
• Eric Devone Bandy, 21, 1415, Branch St., Rocky Mount; criminal damage to property, simple assault, escape from custody.
