• Jinessa Council, 21, 586, Hwy 42, simple assault.
• Marvin Council, 48, 586, Hwy 42, assault on a female
• Julia Strickland, 53, 191 Liberty Lane, Rocky Mount, misdemeanor.
• Emma Purvis, 62, 164, Jimmie Worsley Lane, Tarboro, simple physical assault.
• Jermaine Monte Battle, 29, 312 S. S.A. Gilliam St., Pinetops, resist public officer, possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana and sell and deliver marijuana.
