TARBORO — Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Harrell, Jr. formerly of Tarboro would like to announce the engagement of their son, Benjamin Harrell to Stephanie Kinnin. Stephanie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kinnin of Roanoke Rapids. Ben is the grandson of Mrs. Kay Harrell and the late Bobby Harrell, Sr. of Tarboro. A wedding is planned for September 8, 2012 at Lake Gaston.
