Could someone please tell me why the parade wasn't rescheduled Sunday?
I have to say it was a disgrace, I would vote it the worst parade of the year!
I am sure that many backed out, as I didn't see a lot of the regulars that usually participate.We were sitting at the beginning of the parade, and it was raining so hard you couldn't open your car window or sit in the car and look without aid of windshield wipers.
One float actually came by that didn't have one person riding on it ... and the floats that did have people all you saw were their legs and umbrellas.Very sad!
But this is just my opinion!
