Free of charge. “Get REAL and HEEL”. At Vidant Edgecombe Hospital, 6pm in the classroom. This program develop an individual plan that helps mangae cancer treatment and increase chances of survivorship. To register call 1-800-472-8500.

Christmas Show

E.L. Roberson Center will be going to the Rudy Theatre in Selma, N.C. We will have time for some shopping and lunch before the show. Cost is $25.00. For 55 and older. Call 252-641-4263.

Geoff Gisler of the SELC (Southern Environmetnal Law Center) will discuss current actonis dealing with the Tian Concrete Plant in Wilmington, the Bonner Bridge on the Outer Banks, and wetland and water issues on eastern NC rivers. The Edgecombe County Fire/Rescue Association as a part of National fire Prevention Week will have a Puppet Show, Rescue Trucks, Live LP gas fire fighting demonstration. East Care Air Helicopter, Hot Dogs & Drinks will be served. “Please be concerned, learn not to burn.”
