Wreath Decorating Class
The E.L. Roberson Center in conjunction with ECC will be offering a class for those 55 and older. The class will be once a week for four weeks from 1-3pm. cost of the class is $20. Low-Income Engergy Assistance
The Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP) gives families a one-time vendor payment to help pay their heating bills.
