Mr. Albert Rodgers and Miss. Shirley Hagans will be united in marriage on August 29, 2009 at Grace and Victory Church. Shirley is of Tarboro and is the daughter of Mrs. Lillie Mae Hagans. Albert is of Greenville and is the son of Mrs. Joan Rodgers.
