TARBORO — Georgia Kaye Saunders and Curtis Stocks Proctor were united in marriage on June 16th, 2012, at 5:00 PM at William and Mary Hart Presbyterian Church in Leggett, NC. Doctor Ronn McCracken officiated. The reception was hosted by bride's parents Danny and Sandra Saunders, and held at the Rocky Mount Shrine Club.

A rehearsal dinner, hosted by the groom's parents, Jimmy and Susan Proctor, was held at the Leggett Civic Club.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Danny Saunders of Whitakers, NC. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Proctor, Jr. of Tarboro, NC.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents. Emily Saunders Britt, served as Matron of Honor. Ashley Danielle Saunders served as Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids were Bailey Dare Proctor, Brittany Nicole Coker, Lauren Elizabeth Swink, Carrie Elizabeth Daniel, Leah Hewitt McPherson. Emma Caroline Britt served as the Flower Girl. The groom's father, James Curtis Proctor, Jr., served as Best Man. Groomsmen were Charles Taylor Ainsley, Glenn Stocks Dion, Norman Ross Dion, William Strickland Deans, Joshua Grant Flint, Edward Collins Miller. Dawson Hayes Britt served as the Ring Bearer.

The bride is a graduate of Tarboro High School, and ECU School of Education. She is employed with Vass-Lakeview Elementary School as a 2nd grade teacher.

The groom is a graduate of Tarboro High School and Sandhills Community College. He is employed with the Pinehurst Resorts & Golf Club.

The couple will reside in Pinehurst, NC.
