At the commencement of the Sept. 14 session of Edgecombe County Superior Court in Tarboro, Presiding Judge Cy A. Grant administered the Oath of Office as an Attorney at Law to Jonathan William Puryear.
Puryear was presented to the court by attorneys Charles S. Rountree and Wayne S. Boyette, partners in the Tarboro law firm of Rountree & Boyette LLP.

The lawyers of Rountree & Boyette LLP have provided legal services for the citizens of Edgecombe County for more than 30 years, and between them the partners have more than 50 years of trial and office practice experience.
With the addition of Jonathan Puryear, the firm intends to expand its practice to additional areas of the general and civil practice of law.
